Please be aware that we require 48 hours’ notice to prepare your prescription/food and that repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection after 2pm (not including weekends).
If the product you desire needs more time to be ordered or there are any problems, we will endeavour to ring you as soon as possible on the contact number(s) provided.

Please note if your pet has not been seen in the last 6 months, we may not be able to authorise your request.
